My Design Journey
What Design is to me
What other things Interest me
Problem Solving
Design creatively tackles challenges, captivating enthusiasts like me. As a designer, I’m a modern detective, innovating for complex issues. Taking joy in intricate problem-solving and crafting user-centred outcomes, my work addresses practical matters.
Functional Artistry
Design is artistry with purpose, blending aesthetics and functionality. As a design enthusiast, I craft solutions for seamless integration into daily life. I design to shape objects, spaces, and interfaces to inspire visually and enhance practicality.
Constantly Evolving
Design evolves via innovation and adaptation. I constantly adjust to tech, culture, and user changes, necessitating ongoing learning. Embracing this dynamic is vital to create lasting solutions that shape interactions.
Adventure
Biking
I developed a deep passion and appreciation for biking as an interest that was passed down from my father. It’s one of my favourite things to do.
Travelling
I love travelling. Some interesting places I’ve been to are - Münster, Freiburg, Delft, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Coorg, Goa, Kullu & Manali, Dhanushkodi and counties in Ireland.
Hiking & Trekking
One of my treks took me up to 14,000 ft. The unbelievable views, landscapes and pristine beauty that I was mute witness to in the Himalayas remains unparalleled - well worth the hard trek!
Creative
Piano
I started playing the piano by ear as a child, and went on to complete the Grade 7 Certification in Classical Music from the Trinity Guildhall, London.
Art
I’ve been inclined to art since I was a child; I owe my creativity in design to years and years of undivided attention and unwavering connection to my artistic nature.
From Art & Freelancing
My passion for design came from years leading up to doing custom art and freelance design projects as a side hustle while I was in college.
2017
to UX Design
I was privileged to explore the world of UI/UX when I worked at a start-up. I fell in love with the process and the ever-evolving trends, practices and functionalities in software, from start to finish.
2021
to now
I now freelance, taking up mainly UI/UX and Brand Identity projects, not limited to those areas of design.
